We Beachbody coaches, create these small groups for individuals that are all trying to accomplish the same goal...getting RESULTS. Within these groups, we are all working TOGETHER, we are all HELPING each other, we are all SUPPORTING one another, we are all keeping each other ACCOUNTABLE, MOTIVATED, and on track. Why? Because it is a proven fact, that working with others, being supportive of them, and being supported in return, will help you stay focused, and reach your goals. You obviously are purchasing a Beachbody program or product...why? Because you want RESULTS...and it is my job as a coach, to do what I can to walk you through the program, and help you finish it.
What happens in a Challenge Group?
All coaches run challenge groups in different ways, but with the same goals in mind...to get you fired up, inspired, to help you take steps in the healthier direction, so you can achieve and maintain your momentum and results. Some groups are short lived running only days, some are for jump starts on your journey, some last for the duration of your 90 day program. We check-in with each other, we swap recipes, we ask and answer questions, we get to know one another, we play some games...basically, we make the process as fun as we can while seeing you through to the end of the group. We run them often, so that once one is finished you can join in another to keep making progress or maintain what you have achieved.
What is a Challenge Pack and do I have to purchase one?
A Challenge Pack is a great way to purchase everything you need, to start on your journey, at a lower cost! They come in different price ranges, different lengths, and different intensity levels. They are also a way to become a coach yourself for free, if that is an avenue you think you would like to pursue! They include:

Why do we recommend it? Is it to make money off you? NO!
Sure, coaches get a small part of what you purchase, but that is because our services are included with your purchases, you purchase something...anything through Beachbody, you get access to a coach, guaranteed. We coaches put A LOT of time, effort, and LOVE into helping you succeed and get results, however we can, and running and participating in these groups ourselves, is a surefire way we can help. We do this right along with you...and the reason we become coaches isn't just for the money, it's because we love people, we love being motivators, we love helping, and because must of us started off, right where you are...right now.
The reason we encourage challenge packs, is because if you follow the program as a whole, the way it is laid out, there is no reason you shouldn't see results. With the combo of the workout plan, and nutrition plan, including the use of shakes, you will get the fastest results. The faster and better the results, the higher your motivation will be, the higher your motivation, the more likely you are to follow through, as well as continue on with your goals and maintain or improve your success.
