Here is another challenge to try!

I started with one of Zuzaks routines, and then added on, with some simple no equipment needed (but stairs) movements. Do the first portion, two times, and then add the latter if you feel determined. The first is more than enough of a burn, Zuzak knows her stuff! Do both sections, with little to no rest, and write your time for each, then you can try to beat it, the next time you do so. I used my heart rate monitor, and I completed the first section, in under 13 minutes and 50 seconds, and had burned over 100 calories. When I added the second portion, my workout took me just over 22 minutes, and I had burned over an additional hundred calories within that time. Good Luck! Do what you can!
